Lion Rock Full Moon Tour
Lion Rock Country Park, New Territories, Hong Kong
The guided hike offers a quick ascent to the summit, perfectly timed for the spectacular twilight hour. Wildlife like monkeys or wild boars might cross the hiker’s path along the way. Intermitted viewing points offer a welcome breather and provide unparalleled views over the city, while the sky changes its colour from white-blue to yellow-orange.
At the top, there’s time to settle, soak in the views while the cityscape transforms as day turns to night. Once the moon appears we link to its light, reflect and recharge with a short ritual.
Nature’s sounds accompany the descent as the route follows the forest path into the now-sparkling urban landscape below.
