Guided Mindfulness Meditation Walk
Are you reaching high and want to do it all at once? Don’t know where to begin? Do you find it difficult to be alone? Issues with self-worth, self-confidence? Do you keep comparing yourself with others? Or keep going in circles? Or are you just plain curious about mindfulness and meditation?
This Mindful Walk will take you through guided walking meditation, bring the awareness to the breath and the senses (including barefoot walking), and will introduce you to being in silence comfortably.
Typically our Mindful Walk takes place in Lai Chi Kok Park on Thursdays. If you are two or three people wanting to schedule your own private Mindful Walk, you may choose your own date and location, i.e. Victoria Peak Garden, Kowloon Tsai Park, or Shatin Park.
