Eight Limbs of Yoga in Nature

Lantau Island

Combination of walking and yoga practice in nature. Right down to the basics with reflection, movement, breath, and focus:

Yama – relationship with our environment

Nyama – relationship with ourselves

Asana – physical movement into and out of poses

Pranayama – the many roles of the breath

Pratyahara – the power of the senses

Dharana – ability of mental focus without distraction

Dhyana – extended mental focus to deeply connect

Samadhi – transcending matter to spiritual freedom

The tour caters to all yoga levels, in fact, no prior knowledge is needed as long as you are fit to walk. For those who wish, the tour can be tailored to emphasise on one particular limb.

Typically our Yoga Walk takes place on Lantau Island on Fridays. If you are two or more people wanting to schedule your own private Yoga Walk on the day of your choice, please let us know.
