Take on a challenge in the safe company of a guide. A well dosed physical challenge can shift our perspective, open new doors, bring renewed confidence and make us very happy! Especially if we step out of the urban grid for a few hours.
The Boost Walk will include one or two of the following physical challenges, i.e. a steep hill, fast pace, moderate climbing sections, unusual hour, and getting wet. All within safe boundaries of course.
The Boost Walk will increase your energy levels and stimulate your whole system. This is a perfect opportunity for a regular weekly workout or a one-off which will leave you tired and happy for a good night’s sleep.
The route will change every week to bring you into all areas of the territory. Meeting place and time are published in the schedule here.
